measuring 4m x 3m this provides plenty of space for additional seating.

If you love the idea of an outdoor kitchen but don't want it to take over your entire garden, our 3m x 3m Manor Pavilion outdoor kitchen package could be the perfect solution.

Designed to combine a handcrafted timber gazebo with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, the Manor Pavilion creates a dedicated space for cooking, entertaining and enjoying your garden while keeping everything protected beneath a substantial timber roof.

With our complete 3m x 3m Manor Pavilion package starting from £7,890 fully installed, creating your own outdoor kitchen may be more achievable than you think.

A Complete Outdoor Kitchen package in Just 3m x 3m

One of the biggest advantages of the Manor Pavilion is how much can be incorporated into a relatively compact footprint.

At 3 metres wide by 3 metres deep, the standard Manor Pavilion provides enough room for a substantial outdoor kitchen while remaining suitable for many medium-sized UK gardens.

Rather than requiring a huge patio or a major garden redesign, the pavilion can create a clearly defined outdoor cooking area that sits comfortably alongside your home, patio or landscaped garden.

The full-height timber rear wall creates a natural backdrop for the kitchen and adds additional shelter, while the open front and sides maintain the feeling of being outside.

The result is a practical outdoor kitchen without losing the connection to your garden.

What's Included in the 3m x 3m Manor Pavilion Package?

Our 3m x 3m Manor Pavilion package starts from £7,890 and brings together the gazebo, kitchen and professional installation into one complete project.

The standard package includes:

  • 3m x 3m bespoke timber pyramid gazebo

  • Full-height timber rear wall

  • Draco 6-burner grill outdoor kitchen

  • Integrated fridge

  • Gazebo post lighting

  • Guttering

  • Bitumen roofing shingles

  • Delivery

  • Professional installation

  • Removal of installation waste

Instead of buying a gazebo and then trying to source a suitable outdoor kitchen, installers and finishing details separately, we've designed the Manor Pavilion as a complete package.

You choose the design and options you want, and we take care of bringing the finished outdoor kitchen pavilion together.

Please note that a suitable mains electrical supply is required for the fridge and lighting. Electrical connection can be quoted separately where required.

Built to Be a Permanent Feature of Your Garden

The Manor Pavilion isn't intended to feel like a temporary BBQ shelter.

It's designed and constructed as a substantial timber garden structure that can become a permanent feature of your outdoor space.

The standard structure uses pressure-treated structural timbers, including substantial 125mm x 125mm posts, heavy-duty framing and a fully timber-clad roof.

This gives the pavilion the presence and character of a traditional timber building while maintaining the open feeling of a gazebo.

Add the outdoor kitchen, lighting and landscaping around it and the Manor Pavilion can become a genuine focal point within the garden.

Why We Think 3m x 3m Is Such a Good Starting Size

When designing an outdoor kitchen, bigger isn't always better.

For customers primarily wanting a high-quality BBQ, preparation area, fridge and covered cooking space, 3m x 3m can offer an excellent balance between usable space and garden footprint.

It works particularly well for:

  • Family BBQs

  • Weekend entertaining

  • Outdoor cooking

  • Pizza evenings

  • Drinks and informal gatherings

  • Creating a dedicated BBQ area away from the house

Because the kitchen runs along the rear of the gazebo, most of the remaining floor area stays clear and accessible.

If you'd like additional preparation space, seating or a larger entertaining area, we can simply increase the dimensions of the pavilion.

Our Manor Pavilions can be built in bespoke sizes, with popular options including 3.5m x 3m, 4m x 3m and 4m x 4m or larger.

Make Your Manor Pavilion Your Own

Although the 3m x 3m package gives you a complete starting point, it doesn't mean every Manor Pavilion has to look the same.

One of the advantages of choosing a bespoke timber gazebo is the ability to adapt the design around your garden and the way you intend to use it.

Options can include:

Alternative outdoor kitchensChoose different kitchen layouts, appliances, additional storage and refrigeration.

Pizza ovensAdd a wood-burning or premium outdoor pizza oven to expand the way you cook outside.

Canvas sidesCreate additional protection from wind and rain while retaining the flexibility of an open gazebo.

Full-height timber panelsAdd further shelter and privacy to one or more sides.

Half-height panels and bar topsCreate a more traditional pavilion appearance while adding useful serving and entertaining space.

Glass panelsIncrease weather protection without completely closing off views across the garden.

Slatted and louvred screensA great option where you want more privacy while retaining airflow and natural light.

Oak postsUpgrade the pavilion with seasoned oak for an even more traditional appearance.

Alternative roof coveringsChoose from options including natural slate and cedar shingles to create a completely different finish.

Your Manor Pavilion can therefore start with our standard 3m x 3m package and develop into something designed specifically around your home and garden.

Create a Proper Outdoor Entertaining Space

An outdoor kitchen changes the way a gazebo can be used.

Instead of simply providing somewhere to sit, the Manor Pavilion becomes somewhere people naturally gather.

Food can be prepared and cooked while family and friends remain close by. Drinks can stay chilled in the integrated fridge. Lighting allows the space to continue being used as daylight fades.

During the summer, it becomes a natural destination for BBQs and entertaining.

During less predictable British weather, the roof provides valuable protection so a change in the weather doesn't necessarily mean abandoning the outdoor cooking altogether.

For many homeowners, it's effectively another living and entertaining space — only this one sits in the garden.

Professionally Installed at Your Home

Our Manor Pavilion packages are professionally installed rather than supplied simply as a flat-pack gazebo.

Once your design has been agreed, we arrange delivery and installation of the timber pavilion and outdoor kitchen at your property.

We install across mainland UK, helping customers create bespoke garden buildings and outdoor cooking spaces in a wide range of garden settings.

Before installation, we'll also discuss the proposed location and suitable foundations for the pavilion.

Every garden is different, so factors including the existing patio, decking, ground conditions, access and finished design can all be considered as part of the planning process.

Not Sure Whether 3m x 3m Will Fit Your Garden?

You don't need to work everything out yourself.

Simply send us a photograph of your garden and some approximate measurements.

We can look at the available space, discuss how you want to use your outdoor kitchen and recommend a suitable pavilion size and layout.

As a simple guide:

3m x 3m – Compact outdoor kitchen, 3.5m x 3m – Kitchen with additional preparation space, 4m x 3m – Kitchen with more entertaining space, 4m x 4m+ – Larger kitchen with dining and entertaining space and because our gazebos are built around each project, we're not restricted to standard dimensions.
